Born in 1976, he serves as Economic Counsellor at the Cabinet Office of the Italian Ministry of Economic Development, devoting a particular attention to policy design for Smart Cities, Start-Ups, Industry 4.0.  He also serves as Board Member at Invitalia Ventures Investors’ Committee. In 2007 he funded NexttLab and introduced the concept of Digital Services Ecosystems in Italy. He received his Degree in Economics in 2001 from Luiss Guido Carli University of Rome; awarded his MA in Ethics in 2004 from PontificiaUniversitàLateranense in Rome; and finally his Ph.D. in History and Theory of Economics in 2006 from Luiss Guido Carli University, where he spent four additional years as Research Fellow. He always had a very active role in the young entrepreneurial community in Italy, having funded Start-Up Meetings and subsequently joined the US Partnership For Growth Program. Since February 2016 he is Vice President of Amerigo - International Cultural Exchanges Program Alumni Association.
