He worked for ten years in the Information Systems department at ‘la Caixa’.Jim has been responsible of many business process re-engineering projects for the Public Administration, Public Service companies, Financial Institutions, Insurance Companies and Health Organizations including Madrid’s regional Health Telephone Attention System serving a population of 3 million inhabitants and Hospital de La Fe at Valencia.For more than ten years, he has been a technical advisor of the European Community’s CEN TC331 Normalization Committee, and is a member of the Advisory Board of several companies. Since 2011, Dr. Roldan has been acting as CEO of Linkcare Health Services, a spin off created at Barcelona's Hospital Clinic after eight years of international research on Integrated Health Care.

Senior Engineer with a Master degree in Computer Software Sciences, he has been engaged in Healthcare IT for more than 10 years, covering R&D, Deployment, Project Management and Marketing& Sales for national top-level IT companies. Interoperability and Cooperation Expert, he worked, as a Project Manager, to the first Chinese localization of Dedalus X1V1 Interoperability and Cooperation Platform, which has been recently successfully implemented in Daqing on behalf of the Municipality Health Bureau. Currently he is in charge of Dedalus Healthcare Systems Group nationwide marketing& sales operations for China.

Mr. Gao is a Special Counsel in the Intellectual Property and Litigation practice group in the firm's Shanghai office. Harris Gao’s practice focuses on defending Chinese companies in the U.S. and assisting multinational companies protecting their IP rights and resolving disputes in China. He is also involved in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including IP licensing, merge and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital financings.Harris received his B.A. in Physics from Tsinghua University, and his J.D. from Columbia University.

Dr. Sierakowski is the Co-chair of the International Committee of International Technology Transfer Network. Before ITTN, he has been Chair of Knowledge Commercialization Australasia (KCA) since 2006. In this capacity he has developed international linkages with overseas technology transfer organizations such as AUTM USA, UNICO UK, ACCT Canada and ASTP Europe. Prior to that, Dr. Sierakowski was the director of Office of Industry and Innovation, University of Western Australia and Board of IPRIA (Intellectual Property Research Institute of Australia) and on the boards of two UWA spin-out companies. Dr Sierakowski gained wide experience with Kodak working in manufacturing, technical marketing, and quality assurance in Australia, France, Asia and the US.  

Professor Cheng Yunzhang specializes in medical equipment in personnel training, new product research and development, technical consultation, etc. He is the domestic famous medical equipment technical training Experts. He is also the visiting professor of Advanced study school of China Food and Drug Administration, and the director of Shanghai University of science and technology national professional and technical personnel training base.

After graduating, Mr. Ling worked as managing director for a U.S./China joint venture, Metallic Building Systems (Asia) Inc. He worked with home appliances maker-Haier, to set up the first Chinese-owned greenfield manufacturing operation in the US in 1999. He moved to Shanghai in 2005 to open South Carolina’s first office in China, with main responsibilities to recruit Chinese investment to South Carolina. China-affiliated and owned companies invest over $1 billion and employ close to 4000 individuals in South Carolina. In August 2015, Mr. Ling has been retained by the state of Georgia as its managing director for investment in China. Mr. Ling also currently serves as president of Council of American States in China.

He served in national technology transfer institution, science& technology group and listed real estate company. Later in Tianjin Binhai New District and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region, he operated industrial parks and direct the planning, building, operating and managing activities of state-level demonstration park, incubator and maker space, including ZTE industrial base, Vision Hill Technological and Cultural Creativity Industry Base, Binhai National Advertising Industrial Park, Qingke Science Park and etc.. He wrote a book named Industrial Park& Industrial Real Estate Planning, Investment Attraction and Operating Practice, in which he introduces managing of systematic and integrated industrial park& industrial real estate project through the concept of investment attraction and operating integration.

Born in 1976, he serves as Economic Counsellor at the Cabinet Office of the Italian Ministry of Economic Development, devoting a particular attention to policy design for Smart Cities, Start-Ups, Industry 4.0.  He also serves as Board Member at Invitalia Ventures Investors’ Committee. In 2007 he funded NexttLab and introduced the concept of Digital Services Ecosystems in Italy. He received his Degree in Economics in 2001 from Luiss Guido Carli University of Rome; awarded his MA in Ethics in 2004 from PontificiaUniversitàLateranense in Rome; and finally his Ph.D. in History and Theory of Economics in 2006 from Luiss Guido Carli University, where he spent four additional years as Research Fellow. He always had a very active role in the young entrepreneurial community in Italy, having funded Start-Up Meetings and subsequently joined the US Partnership For Growth Program. Since February 2016 he is Vice President of Amerigo - International Cultural Exchanges Program Alumni Association.
