Mr. Maxim ELISEEV has been working in the area of sustainable industrial development focusing on environmental issues since 2010. After the successful completion of the internship in UNIDO he continued development of his career at the Organization. Since 2011 he coordinated and contributed to UNIDO technical cooperation projects and programmes in the area of energy and environment. Mr. Eliseev is the acting member of several international expert groups for promotion and adaptation of contemporary methodologies and business models in industry such as UNIDO TEST methodology, UNIDO Chemical Leasing business model, UNIDO Energy Management System (ISO 50001), UNEP Eco-innovation model, UNDP Energy Service Contracting in the operational small, medium and large enterprises in Russia, including ones with foreign ownership. He was intensively involved in the development of more than 6 UNIDO-GEF projects in Russia, CIS countries and China with total GEF financing of over 26 million USD.

Dr Wei Min Huang is currently an Associate Professor (tenured) at the School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. With over 20 years of experience on various shape memory materials (alloy, polymer, composite and hybrid), he has published over 150 journal papers, and has been invited to review manuscripts from over 150 international journals, project proposals from American Chemical Society, Hong Kong Research Grants Council, etc, and book proposals from CRC. He has published two books (Thin film shape memory alloys – fundamentals and device applications, Polyurethane shape memory polymers) and is currently on the editorial board of over a dozen of international journals. In addition, he owns a number of patents and filed a couple of PCTs.

Hadar is a Partner in the Hi-Tech, Corporate, Securities and Commercial Departments in Pearl Cohen’s Tel Aviv office. Hagar has over 20 years' experience advising on and managing legal affairs of international publicly-traded technology-based companies in Israel, the US and Europe. He served as executivemanagement member in various technology-based companies. He has also served as general manager of an intellectual-property management company in Switzerland, and is currently a member of the advisory board of an IP commerce company.

Claudio Feijóo holds an MSc and PhD in Telecommunication Engineering and an MSc in Quantitative Economics. He is professor at the Technical University of Madrid where he researches on the socio-economic impact of emerging information society technologies. Currently he serves as Co-Director of the Sino-Spanish Campus at Tongji University in Shanghai. He has been involved in numerous research, development and consulting projects in Europe, LatAm, NorthAfrica and Asia. He lectures regularly in international seminars and courses and has authored more than 250 publications in books, journals and conferences. He is guest lecturer at IE Business School on digital business, and member of the board of the International Telecommunications Society.

Director of Technology Transfer & Licensing at Boston College, Jason has a strong background combing experience in Life Science, Business and Patent Law. He has more than ten years technology development experience in the field of technology transfer/licensing with academic institutions and a biopharmaceutical company. Prior to his current assignment Jason worked in the Office of Technology Transfer at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory as an Assistant Director for more than eight years.

Dr. Dashti, an executive at multinational corporations and startup ventures, currently serves as the Vice President of business development at YazamTech. Dr. Dashti engages in academic research and teaching, in Israel, the US, and China with focus on success factors of technology companies, innovation, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), strategy, entrepreneurship, and leadership. A member of the California based Broadcom management team that led IPO at NASDAQ and the M&A of 22 acquired companies in global locations. Established and managed Broadcom’s IT infrastructure with ERP, CRM, EC applications. Served as a strategic and business development executive with California based Safeskin (NASDAQ: SFSK) positioning it for acquisition by Kimberly-Clark. Held IT and software development technical and managerial positions, ERP deployments with Western Digital, AST Computers, Digital Equipment (DEC), Lahav-Recanati School of Management Tel Aviv University.
