2020 International Technology Trade Fair on ZGC Forum Held in Beijing

On September 17, 2020, the Opening Ceremony of the 2020 International Technology Trade Fair on ZGC Forum was successfully held at the Exhibition Center of the Zhongguancun National Demonstration Zone in Beijing.

 

Mr. Zheng Dengwen, the Deputy Secretary-General of Beijing Committee of the Communist Party of China, and Mr. Song Jun, Member of the Leading Party Members' Group, Executive Secretary of CAST, concurrently Director General of the Department of Academic and Societies Affairs (the Office for Cooperation with Enterprises) of CAST, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches. Mr. Filippo Ammirati, ENEA - Enterprise Europe Network projects, and Mr. Dieter Flamig, former State Secretary of the Government of the German Capital Mayor, addressed the speeches via video due to being unable to attend the ceremony in person because of the covid-19 epidemic.

 

At the conference, the "Network for International Cooperation on Technology Commercialization (NICTC)" initiated by the Zhongguancun Science Park Management Committee and China Center for International Science and Technology Exchange was formally established. Including our ASEM Cooperation Centre for Science Technology and Innovation (ASEM-CCSTI), the first batch of domestic and foreign technology trading member units invited to join reached 103, and formed the "Consensus on International Technology Trade Rules and Technology Transaction Ecological Environment Construction".

 

The conference also invited experts from three domestic and foreign institutions to release three reports: "China's Scientific and Technological Achievements Transformation 2019 Annual Report", "Top 100 Industrial Innovation Leading Technologies" and "Global International Technology Trade Report".

 

At the opening ceremony, there are totally 16 cooperation agreements were signed in three categories: transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements, domestic and foreign institutional cooperation, and domestic and foreign project cooperation. Furthermore, nearly 20 major technical products from more than 10 companies were released for the first time at this opening ceremony.
