He is Director &Branch Secretary of Henan Productivity Center, president of Henan 863 Software Incubator Limited Company, President of Henan-Sino-Israel S&T City and president of Luoyang National University Science Park Development Co. Ltd. In the meantime, he is the standing director of China Productivity Center Association and Vice-president &General Secretary of Provincial Productivity Association. He organized to establish Henan 863 Software Incubator Limited Company, Luoyang National University Science Park, Henan- Sino-Israel S&T City, Henan-Sino-Israel S&T Investment Funds.He also found Henan International Technology Transfer Center, a state-level center approved by Ministry of Science and Technology functioning as the platform of international science and technology cooperation in Henan Province.
