Jia Xueqin

In 2007, Xueqin Jia graduated from the College of information science and engineering, Northeastern University, received a professional doctorate in testing technology and automation equipment. From 2008 to 2010, she was in the postdoctoral workstation union of China Unicom Group and Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Then, she worked at China Unicom Research Institute on the Internet of things and mobile health industry technology and standardization research for a long time. Now she is the deputy speaker of the ITU standardization Bureau (ITU-T) SG20, team leader of CCSA TC11 "mobile Internet + health”, a think-tank experts of China’s Wisdom Health Industry Alliance.
