Content description

Design, manufacture and test of a very low noise and high gain receivers.

The specifications of very low noise figure are obtained cooling amplifiers made in solid state devices. The based on InP (Indium Phosphide) technologies are in the state of the art.

Cryostats and associated equipment are usually voluminous, heavy and high electrical power demanding. Thus makes them difficultly transportable, mainly in UAV's.

Our proposal includes the design, manufacture and test of a complete receiver; lightweight, low electrical demanding and compact.

Improving autonomy, making suitable for mobile devices (defence, astronomy, etc.)
